Couponing Deals for 9/4 through 9/10 -- Also an Update!

**FYI** Don't waste time looking for inserts this weekend! It is a holiday weekend, and so there won't be any inserts!

Also, I just thought I would share an update of my savings this year as an idea of what you could be saving. I keep an Excel spreadsheet of all my receipts, and while it's not perfect (I do lose receipts here and there and I often forget to log my Catalinas and such), it gives me motivation to keep doing what I am doing. So far, since I began Couponing in February of this year, I have purchased $3,970.62 worth of food, paper products, pet food, and health and beauty products. I have only spent $852.81 out of pocket. That's a savings of $3,117.81 since February!!! I think that's impressive and well worth the hours I have put into this. Now that I am in the groove and know how to do this, I think I only spend 5 hours maximum prepping, blogging, and shopping. That's not half bad!

Now, I'm not that excited about the deals this week, but it's a lean week for us, so I won't be buying much, regardless.

HERE are the deals this week for Albertsons!

HERE are the deals for Safeway!

HERE are the deals for New Seasons!

HERE are the deals for Rite Aid.

I couldn't find any super exciting deals this week, but I hope there are some that you guys want!

Deals for 8-28 through 9-3!!!!!! Sorry I'm Late!

There ARE doubles for Albertson's this week! It seems they didn't get heads up this week about the doubles, so they posted THIS but now they posted THIS and THIS, so that is a little less mental math for us! :-)

And HERE are the Safeway deals! I am excited because Albertsons and Safeway have Foster Farms whole fresh fryers on sale for only $.75 a pound and we have only one left in our freezer! Just in time!

I Just thought I would pass this deal on! If you are interested, just click the link:

Is anyone finding deals posted yet for Target, Walmart, Fred Meyer, or Kmart?
